These Terms govern your use of JewishProjects.org (the “Site”), operated by Jewish Projects, Israeli Business Registration No. 056530462 (“Jewish Projects”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Site
Jewish Projects is an independent media and advocacy community. The Site presents our work and invites you to join The Sunday Letter, contact us and support our work. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or tax advice.
2. Content and intellectual property
Text, images, graphics, logos and other materials on the Site are owned by Jewish Projects or used under license. You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other copying, modification or commercial use requires our prior written permission. Some visual content is created with the help of AI tools under human editorial direction.
3. Donations
Donations are processed by third-party platforms, currently JGive. Donations are subject to the terms of the processing platform and of the receiving entity indicated at checkout. Tax-deductibility depends on the receiving entity and your jurisdiction; see the Transparency section of the Site and consult your tax advisor.
4. Linked and separate organizations
The Site links to websites operated by others, including Phoenix Communities (an independent Israeli nonprofit), Western Wall Prayer (a separate prayer service) and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, services or policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false, unlawful, abusive or harassing content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or using automated means to submit forms.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewish Projects disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv district shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
